I. Pipe advantages and Usage
—HDPE water providing pipe is with advatages of very good sizzling soften, versatility, corrosion resistance, and growing older tolerance.
—- HDPE pipe is commonly used in municipal h2o suuplying, city gas transportation and other locations. 

II. Principal equipment- Substantial-effeciency solitary screw extruder
—Single screw is with barreir & mixing head barrel is new design with slotting (channel), Both make stability of very good jellification, big output and steady performance.

III. Spiral dihead & twenty five/twenty five co-extruder for mark line  
—Diehead is spiral model. It has positive aspects of lower soften temperature, very good mixing, lower cavity pressure, and secure functionality. 
—-Unique calibrating and cooling program. We use h2o film lubrication and h2o-ring cooling to in shape for demands of HDPE and PP content, to make confident accurate diameter and roundness of thick wall pipe when they are extruded at large velocity. 

IV. Managing system 
The full line could be managed by PLC, with excellent human-device interface, all technological parameters could be set and indicated by touching monitor. Managing system is made according to the consumers necessity, to be with PLC, or without.
